San Francisco in the west coast of USA is one of my favorite cities globally. This article covers my chill out trip to this iconic bay area city 15 years since I was last here. This involves revisiting and exploring native attractions such as the Fisherman's Wharf, Lombard Street, Pier 39 and the city's iconic Cable Car system. Spend at day in jail on the Alcatraz or have stroll through nature at the iconic Golden Gate and Lincoln Park. Be in touch with your historical side in museums such as the De Young and the Legion of Honor. Several other sights on this trip includes the San Francisco Cable Car Museum, Palace of the fine arts & Exploratorium. Of course, no trip to the bay area is complete without a walk across the Golden Gate Bridge Fort Point, a visit to the Castro district & a climb up the scenic Twin peaks overlooking the whole city.
The city of Paris is a beautiful one full of elegance, world famous buildings and monuments, fashion, cuisine, architecture and flamboyant wide avenues. There is no better way to experience the capital and largest city in France than right in the middle of town with the Christmas Festives. Ending with a trip to Disneyland Paris and the Hollywood Studios park.

Or what to write for your personal statement? This guide follows closely the 6 structured sections applicants will have to go through in their UCAS application and can be completed in any order. Though this article may cater more to Polytechnic students, it is rather general in nature and can apply to anyone applying via the mainstream route on UCAS. Go for a ride onboard the world's largest observation wheel (as of 2008). Standing at an impressive 165m in height (42 stories) and sitting on the southeast tip of the Singapore marina centre reclaimed land, the wheel faces the entrance of the marina bay and is a sight to behold from any part of the bay area- either when you are just at the bay area or passing by on the ECP highway on Benjamin Sheares bridge you can't miss this landmark.

Phishing is nothing new to most web users nowadays, but despite how aware we are, there will always still be people who get caught unaware by them, even I was almost fooled once. Phishing mails had came a long way from simple autonomous plain-text mails to nicely detailed craft emails from various banks or monetary organizations- all made to appear like official emails to cheat or exploit their victims. I found this of a concern as I believe that almost most people out there are users of these few payment or banking services, so there will bound to be exploits and cause for concern. Here are 3 "rather commendable" emails I've received personally myself to date which I will be using as examples for tips and illustration.
Singapore had long maintained it's pride and honor as having the best airport in the whole, however, with newer airports sprouting all over East Asia, Advanced Japan and increasing pressure from Hongkong International Airport, the Terminal 3 is our answer into pushing the benchmark further and catering to an expected annual blooming traffic of 22 million passengers. This tour is prior the official Jan 9th 2008 opening.
The Samsung Q35 is a fully capable lightweight dual core laptop which is not only great for travelling but a unit of great value for the configuration and price. It's quite a feature loaded unit all packed into a small lightweight body. Find out more in this extensive review.
Here is an extensive review of the Motorola HT 820 Bluetooth stereo AV headphone cum mobile headset, supporting Highquality audio profile (A2DP), with a built in mobile handsfree. Overall, it's quite a winner, comfortable and produces rather excellent sound with it's large drivers.
Review of the Dell Axim X50V Budget (unofficial, third party) VGA out cable, made by PC-Mobile. It is a rather basic accessory, but it gets the job done if you demand a fat-free solution for using your pocket PC on a monitor or projector for presentations. It goes to show, quality & built will not be sarcificed by low prices, as an alternative option to the OEM cable offered by Dell themselves.
20 Golden rules for learner drivers taking the traffic police test. Written after passing my own driving test, so I guess the points are quite fresh & valid for almost anyone taking the test.
Article & questions by Creslyn, a freelance writer for the Tanjong Pagar GRC magazine publication, VOICES of Central Singapore. The interview focuses on the blogging life in Singapore, with a few snippets on my blog & how it started, including my views on the current Singapore blogging scene.
These are the plans I submitted to the Sentosa development broad sometime in 1999 where the island was pretty much in the dumps with the closure of fantasy island and asian world, but not published until 3 years later. So wonder how the present new developments in Singapore came about, well now you may know! You will notice that many of these submitted entries bear a very chilling similarity to what's already on the island. I've always been an avid fan of theme parks but we just don't have a world class attraction here in Singapore to call out own, well, project Remaking Sentosa aims to change all that!
