The thing which makes this year’s event better than the last is the new “A” maze side event. The organizing committee reassures that the national vertical marathon 2008 will be a completely different and unique event to that of the 2007 event organised similarly at republic plaza in last year’s vertical marathon.

Fill up the registration form. Do note that you have to fill up all the mandatory fields denoted by +. Payments must be made ONLY by cheque and made payable to “NTU Student Union”. Kindly write your name, NRIC number, race category and “National Vertical Marathon 2008” behind the cheque. Please refer to the price list for different categories.
Step 3
Enclose the registration form, photocopy of NRIC/student pass/matriculation card and cheque into a stamped envelope and send it to the following address:

Please be patient with us and pardon us for any late replies as the registration entries are overwhelming. Nevertheless, all successful or failed application will be dealt with as promptly as possible.
Late entries will not be entertained successful applicants can check out this link for confirmation of participation after submission of registration. Furthermore, a confirmation email will be sent to each participant once application has been approved. Participants are required to check online http://www.nvm2008.ntusportsclub.com for their respective category reporting time.
Information regarding the time of registration would be posted online one week before the date of the event.
Categories
Men’s Open – all male participants from the public
Women’s Open – all female participants from the public
Team Open – all participants from public in groups of 5, at least 2 males and 2 females.
Lover’s Challenge – consist of couples scaling the building holding each other’s hand all the way.
Veteran Open – NTU/NIE staff and the public whose age is 45 years and above.
CDL Corporate Challenge – Corporate companies will be sending teams of 5, to compete in this category
Registration fee $16 per person
Youth Challenge – members of the public aged between 12 and 16.
NTU Team – NTU/NIE staff and students,in groups of 5, at least 2 males and 2 females
Inter- JC Challenge – all Junior College students representing their schools in teams of 5, comprising at least 2 males and 2 females
