Genki Sushi Japanese dine-in

Genki Sushi was founded in Japan in 1968 by 24-year-old sushi chef Fumio Saito. By 1990, Genki Sushi expanded out of Japan internationally, with outlets now in various countries, including Singapore here. While most dishes shine, a few may fall short of expectations. The Tamago Sushi can be a tad bland, lacking the sweetness you might expect. Similarly, the Inari Sushi might be overly sweet for some palates. Items like imitation crab stick sushi feel less impressive compared to the fresh, higher-quality offerings on the menu.
