- The 1.2km route from Tanglin road ends here near the old Queentown Cinema.
- the 1st floor houses a multi purpose function area surrounded by nice cushy grass

- the bridge is open top, with no shelter at all
- the built up area has quite few zeny looking areas
- the canopy walk is not as popular due to it being quite out of place in the connector route
- The carpark from harbourfront MRT to the Marang Trail
- The clearly marked route up the hill. A fast 10-15 mins walk up.
- The Emergencies Alert Beacon (EAB) functions similarly as a military CAT status indicator which warns of possible thunderstorms
- the faber walk we will see us through the "Jewel Box" aka the cable care station
- the forest walk ends at the interlinking Alexandra arch bridge

- the height is cool, but not scary enough!
- the henderson "sinusoidal" wave bridge is also Singapore's tallest "over head bridge" lol!
- the hort in "hortpark" stands for horticulture, which derives from the Latin hortus meaning a 'garden' space... ok....
- the land of signboards, carparks and decommissioned tanks!
- The old canal used to run through this area, will it's all covered by the park now.
- the park also snakes along side contrasting industrial areas
- The park is also a family place, with lots of playgrounds littered along the route
- the park restaurant is still there and is a Japanese restaurant now
- The park runs close to many of the residential HDBs in the area
- the place also spots an offroad trail for mountain bikers and trekkers
- The place can be rather breezy at times
