Singapore's 3rd Airport Terminal Addition Whole terminal tour of the Singapore Airport Terminal 3, (including transit areas) on November 19, 2007 before the Jan 2008 opening.

Into a whole interesting world!
theres 11 check in rows in total
and lots of them!
for removing a bubblewrap? a fine city indeed! Tear it off! tear it off!
which occupants have yet to mount, evolve and be delivered over...
and here we are at the transit holding area
me spy an aerobridge with my little eye!
rawwrr I am a mean sliver sjytrain!
and leads on throughout the whole ground floor rapid baggage collection
the bulk baggage exit, pet elephants, donkeys and surfboards all come out through here!
not to mention F&B outlets
the usual prohibited items on flight
much better!
the check in booth area on level 2nd (departures)
not to mention 7 floors in height and almost 63 football fields in area!
here we have the same ICA biometric passport scanner gantries for passport and access card holders.
here's the koi pond area, minus the kois who yet to move in that is!
some of the fancy floorwork around the area
aka the "OMG why isn't my flight here yet?" - place
note the perimeter unfinished surroundings
ooo more seats!
few of the many escalators disguised as glass paneling, there 51 of them in total in T3
its not everyday where u can see "welcome" craved in so many languages...
a walk along the meeting point lane
view of Terminal 3 across the roads from Terminal 2
many of the glass lifts we see in littered all round T3
T3 sits at a whooping 380,000 sqm, dwarfing both T1 and T2
and we still have not checked in yet!
(please remove cover) the passport scanning machines wants out!
this area is kept cool in the afternoon with lots of sun visors
not to mention trees which grow right off the floor!
here we have our demo A340 docked for sizing up! (see how low the aerogate have to go down)
but come to think about it, this place is going to be quite cramped if three A380 are to be boarded at full capacity
snappy
it looks like an extension of the top panels
...on a wall spanning 300m in length!
lined along the arrival stretch as also many stores
besides taking the underpass, you can also catch the T2-T3 skytrain service as well
theres a total of 36 of them in total! (note the space age light slit)
the departure entrance is similar to that of T2, with a 2nd level fly-over entrance for direct vehicular alighting
ok enough done with the scale model, lets get on with the 1:1 scale...
our good ol' ICA in proud glory!
the children ate the fishes!
natural shade to go with natural lighting! perfect!
more transit area shots
contrary to our moment of zen...
snappy!
for ya retro tetris lovers out there, the ultimate tetris board in Singapore!!
some adorable dolphin figure cravings on the walls
many of the few "look no hands" water fountains at every one of the 56 toilets in T3
