than to cannibalise the weight we had to carry all the while
and what other better way spend to night...
back to out camp site
here is how the bait for crab traps are set
random shipyard crane
more of the distant wetdocks
see sea!
the jetty is a popular fish & crab fishing point
but a hit for fishermen too
the deep water not only allows docking of large ships
but the sea views are quite spectacular
not that we are totall obsessed with
the nearby shipyard is also where all the big boys come to play
I didn't do that!
remember to slow down before approaching the hump
if you can see squint, clearly the signs says no cycling
theres even an event held there then too
come to think about it, sandpit playgrounds are a rare sight in Singapore now
there are nearby swings & playground in case we hadn't got enough of pasir-ris park ones
we chatted and played card games in the hut
not to mention a place for us crazy trekkers for the night!
but it's one of the most open and cozy ones
its not exactly one of the bigger parks around
Sembawang Park! Finally!
and the home of Bustops with black leather seats
from Yishun park, our next stop...
the toilets here are really Sazzy! Really! and they speak too!
oh I tot we are the only monkeys around!
yea, everywhere alrite...
the heat is everywhere
After a few jungles, twists and turns, poof Yishun Park!
I feel the earth, moving right under my feet...
the place is popular with campers and fishermen as well
with state of the art waterfront gym and cycle machines
like a makeshift jetty
with rather interestin sights along the way
conquering the dam
yea man!
if you can smell this photo, you know you are there!
one of our regular walk pitstops
no wonder!
sebas with a typical case of heato-robic-seletar-pobia
music up! lets go!
random UFO in sky with random ULO on ground
ooooooo shade!
pitstop!
with no mercy from the sun either!
still on our journey to the west
follow the purple umbrella!
sights.. well... you did never know exist in modern singapore!
