1st pitstop for the day

we saw ourselves making our way from pasir ris towards seletar airbase in the heat of the afternoon
here human traffic rule over cars!
and man are the road stretches long!

with rather interestin sights along the way
like a makeshift jetty
with state of the art waterfront gym and cycle machines
the place is popular with campers and fishermen as well
I feel the earth, moving right under my feet...
After a few jungles, twists and turns, poof Yishun Park!
the heat is everywhere
yea, everywhere alrite...
oh I tot we are the only monkeys around!
the toilets here are really Sazzy! Really! and they speak too!

Sembawang Park! Finally!
its not exactly one of the bigger parks around
but it's one of the most open and cozy ones
not to mention a place for us crazy trekkers for the night!
we chatted and played card games in the hut
there are nearby swings & playground in case we hadn't got enough of pasir-ris park ones
come to think about it, sandpit playgrounds are a rare sight in Singapore now
theres even an event held there then too
if you can see squint, clearly the signs says no cycling
remember to slow down before approaching the hump
I didn't do that!
the nearby shipyard is also where all the big boys come to play
not that we are totall obsessed with
but the sea views are quite spectacular
