The Wales Millennium Centre! or sort of!

We were stumped trying to decrypt cryptic!

There are many Ungulate holds in the area
So as the name of the place suggests, we saw many horse riders along the roads too
Besides horses, there are few of the feathery kind
who seem to go real well with the fanastic lake views
