All
- mosquito baits check!
- everybody in for the night!
- I spy with my little eye
- the shipyard's always buzzing with activity
- in a flash the park is full in quiet tranquility in the night
- the johor straits
- KM also paid us a visit in the night
- and desserts for everybody!
- watermelon
- fine exquise dinning at it's best
- theres also baked beans and mashed potatos for everybody
- everybody have a chance at it!
- & mind you, it taste good!
- cream of chicken with cup noodles
- with some rather interesting contraptions like
- we simply spend the whole night cooking everything we have for the last night
- chefs special!
- now you don't!
- now you see it
- and theres more than enough for everyone!
- rawr! boil in unison evil curry & noodles!
- you can just SMELL it, we know you want it!
- in your not-so luxurious stove
- adding a nice touch of luxury
- bawrr haha burn! heavy instant noodles!
- than to cannibalise the weight we had to carry all the while
- and what other better way spend to night...
- back to out camp site
- here is how the bait for crab traps are set
- random shipyard crane
- more of the distant wetdocks
- see sea!
- the jetty is a popular fish & crab fishing point
- but a hit for fishermen too
- the deep water not only allows docking of large ships
- but the sea views are quite spectacular
- not that we are totall obsessed with
- the nearby shipyard is also where all the big boys come to play
- I didn't do that!
- remember to slow down before approaching the hump
- if you can see squint, clearly the signs says no cycling
- theres even an event held there then too
- come to think about it, sandpit playgrounds are a rare sight in Singapore now
- there are nearby swings & playground in case we hadn't got enough of pasir-ris park ones
- we chatted and played card games in the hut
- not to mention a place for us crazy trekkers for the night!
- but it's one of the most open and cozy ones
- its not exactly one of the bigger parks around
- Sembawang Park! Finally!
- and the home of Bustops with black leather seats
